Jegsplus Solutions LTD ("Jegsplus", "we", "us") is a technology consultancy registered in Saskatchewan, Canada. We operate this website (jegsplus.com) and build software products including CareerGraph (careergraph.co) and Phoxta (phoxta.com). This policy explains how we collect, use and protect personal information in accordance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

2. Information we collect

  • Contact details you provide through our contact form: name, email address, phone number and the content of your message.
  • Preferences stored on your device, such as your light or dark theme choice.
  • Product data. If you use CareerGraph, that platform processes information you provide to it, such as resumes, cover letters, job preferences and interview recordings used for AI mock interviews and recruiter assessments. If you use Phoxta, that platform processes business and customer information needed to operate your AI-powered business. Each product has its own privacy policy on its own website, which governs that data.

3. How we use information

  • To respond to enquiries and provide the services you request.
  • To operate, maintain and improve our website and products.
  • To meet legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use your information for third-party advertising.

4. Sharing

We share information only with service providers who help us run our website and communications (for example, our hosting provider and form delivery service), under appropriate safeguards, or where required by law.
