1. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your use of the Jegsplus Solutions website and your engagement of our consulting services. By using this site you accept these terms. Our software products, including CareerGraph (careergraph.co) and Phoxta (phoxta.com), are governed by their own terms published on their respective websites.
2. Services
Jegsplus provides technology consulting including software development, UI/UX design, AI and automation, cyber security, managed IT, digital transformation and professional training. Specific engagements are defined in a written proposal or statement of work, which takes precedence over these general terms.
3. Products
CareerGraph provides AI-assisted career tools: resume building, cover letters, job scanning, AI mock interviews and recruiter screening with AI scoring. Phoxta provides a marketplace of validated, AI-powered businesses with an agentic operating console. Purchases, subscriptions and acceptable use for each product are set out on the product's own site.
4. Intellectual property
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, we retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks and know-how; you receive ownership of, or a licence to, deliverables created for you on payment in full. Content on this website belongs to Jegsplus and may not be reproduced without permission.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse this website, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use our services or products for unlawful purposes, including discriminatory hiring practices when using recruitment tooling.
6. Disclaimers and liability
This website is provided "as is". AI-generated outputs (for example resume suggestions or interview scores) are assistive and should be reviewed by a human before decisions are made. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from use of this website is limited to CAD $100; liability under a consulting engagement is as set out in that engagement's contract.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Saskatchewan and the federal laws of Canada. Disputes are subject to the courts of Saskatchewan.
